My mother was in dire need of a great weight loss shake. Now I know that right off the bat that this could sound a little how do I write this, offensive, but I assure you that it is not. She is the one who came to me and asked if I knew of a good one and I said that I did. I knew that the best antioxidant for this situation maybe was to say nothing and move on, but I could tell in her eyes that she was serious this time which was well recieved by all that love her. I told her know was the time to get in the gym along with a balanced healthy diet. And she has taken to both, so we will see. I hope for her sake that she starts to see results quickly.
So I am getting in shape and a little weight to feel great and look good on the beach. But I want to focus my health blog on my favorite friend… my dog biggles! He is a chubby fella and he looks like he needs to get out and run a little more. I am not talking about putting him on a paleo diet or something like that. A paleo diet is for humans to enjoy. I used to give him scraps from the dinner table because Biggles is the cutest little puppy you have ever seen. I think the first thing I want to do for him is maybe instead of giving him some of my bread, I think I will give him something better like maybe just the meat from my table. He still eats his dog food so he never gets disinterested in that but he love, love, loves the scraps from the dinner table. So why deny him?
I know, I know, we all remeber that song with the guy who sung that song and he had those fake washboard abs and the like but listen in hind sight I think that this song is freaking awesome. The 90’s was a fantastic decade and the more I think of the damage control I had to do with my own personal life, the more I think and remember the reason why I am glad that particular decade is over. I mean all the crazy political parties I went to and all of the crazy nights we had while we were young. It is just amazing that the better part of my little group of friends made it out alive. I am glad I found fish oil and the fact that the omega 3 benefits, in my opinion, is helping come out of that decade long haze is truly amazing.
I think that classrooms dumping there music programs is really a shame now a days. It is really hard to justify the removal of this very necessary subject, I would rather see something that is archaic and not necessary at all like religion be taken out instead of music. This study was done with a people search engines program 12 years ago. The study showed that the students who took music lessons instead of being taught to engage in a religion, when they reached adulthood were well adjusted. The students who were taught about a specific religion, tended to be bitter and close minded, not as well adjusted as the students who were taught music.
Now I know that my heading seemed a little ominous, and even dare I say reckless in nature as if John Adams were giving a speech in Philidelphia to all the rustics and rubes of the day. They, the early colonists would have no idea what what the benefits of omega 3 capsules or what the best antioxidant is. Do you know what Tom cruz would do if an omega 3 capsule looked him in the eye? He would kick that damn Godless vermon in the face a nd neck area and ask where the best multivitamin was, that is what he would do.
I had to go to the Lakers game the other night with my dad and there is no doubt that I had a really good time, which by the way Iwas absolutely certain I would not. The arena looked like a big geautiful theater, or did I fall asleep…The interior barn is bright. There’s a nice, large stage on enclosing one end of the barn in a backstage area, and what look like nice church pews lining the house. John is sitting on the stage legs hanging off the edge as Dan and Juanita approach. Judy is absent to start, Thats my sister, she is always sleeping, she really needs to go to the vitamin shop and get some omega 3 vitamins or perhapa the best multivitamin or something. Dad was not to happy with her to say the least.
Dave Matthews Band is the most awesome jam band I have ever seen. I noticed the other day that this band gets a little mis-treated as far as when the conversation comes up about who were and who is the greatest jam band in all of the land. I think the Dave Matthews Band has to definitely be brought up into that conversation and discussed at length because there live show is quite frankly one of the most awesome experiences ever. I, along with a lot of my friends really, really enjoy the live show that Dave Matthews Band puts on. I mean they play some of the most beautiful melodies that you will ever hear. Plus they can jam for hours on end. They are definitely one of the most prolific bands and individual musicians to ever grace the stage. I have personally been to over 30 shows and I have loved every second of them all.
